A221T Classroom
The A221T Classroom is a multi-purpose classroom that features a high definition laser projector and surround sound system connected to a DVD / Blu-ray player, a Mac mini with a full complement of A/V lab software, and connections for laptop computers and tablets. There is a whiteboard wall on one side of the classroom.
The classroom also has a vertical folding retractable wall so that the space may be opened up and combined with the A221 common area for approved special events.
The classroom has a multimedia presentation system that includes the following:
- Crestron touchscreen controller for easy instructor operation
- Laser projection system + 2 wall mounted LCD displays
- 5.1 surround sound speaker system
- Blu-ray player
- Apple Mac mini M2 Pro
- Zoom video conferencing/remote learning capabilities:
- Auto-tracking PTZ Camera at back of room to follow instructor
- Wide angle camera at front of room to capture students.
- Ceiling beamforming microphone array
- Wireless PA system for voice-lift and conferencing:
- 1 handheld microphone
- 1 lapel microphone
Access
Since A221T is a classroom, unsupervised student use is not permitted.
