- Zoom Speaker
- Touch anywhere on the touchscreen (on the table) to get started.
- Enter in the 4-digit passcode (there should be signage posted near the touchscreen).
- First, you must select a display. You can present using the projector + projection screen or the wall TV. Tap the Display you wish to use.
- Next, select your presentation source.
a. For presenting on a laptop, touch the HDMI Laptop tile on the touchscreen. When you first select a source, the display monitor on the wall and the receiver in the cabinet will power on automatically.
Use the HDMI port on the front of the rack to connect your laptop. There is an HDMI cable and adapter in the rack drawer.
b. For presenting using the rack Mac mini, touch the Mac Mini tile on the touchscreen. When you first select a source, the display monitor on the wall and the receiver in the cabinet will power on automatically. Use your FV credentials to log in when you see the login screen appear on the TV or screen.
c. To play a Blu-Ray, tap on Blu-Ray near the top of the touchscreen. You can navigate the Blu-Ray player controls using the touchscreen or the Reavon remote in the drawer.
d. There are two modes for Zoom Conferencing; Zoom Presentation and Zoom Speaker. The only difference between these modes is what they prioritize on the main screen; either the speaker or presentation.
- Powering down:
- When finished presenting, touch the Power icon on the bottom right corner of the touch screen. Touch “yes” in the menu that will pop up. The projector/TV will automatically be turned off, and the projection screen will retract.
Troubleshooting Tips:
If you’re not seeing a video signal as expected, sometimes it helps to tap a different source on the touchscreen, and then go back to your desired source.
If you are not hearing audio through the conference room speakers, check to make sure that the Sound Output on the Mac mini or your laptop is set to DENON-AVR:
If you see a Zoom interface on the touchscreen, you’ll need to navigate to the Presentation Sources screen. Tap your finger on the grey bar on the top of the screen.
Touch this bar and swipe down with your finger until you see a small dropdown menu slide down. Then push the home/house icon to go back to the Presentation Sources screen.
