  1. Touch anywhere on the touchscreen to get started.
  1. Select how you would like your content to be displayed. Then click your preferred source (Projector or TV).

Presenting From Your Laptop

For presenting on a laptop, touch the HDMI Laptop tile on the touch screen. Then select your source (Projector or TV). If you select Projector, the projection screen will come down and the projector will start up automatically.

Use the HDMI Cable and adapter from the drawer below the touch screen. Plug the HDMI cable into the port below the touch screen, and then plug the other end of the cable with the adapter into your laptop.

Presenting From The Classroom Mac

For presenting using the classroom Mac, touch the Mac Mini tile on the touchscreen, then select your source (TV or Projector).

Use your FV credentials to login when you see the login screen appear on the TV or screen. A wireless keyboard and mouse is available in the drawer below the touch screen.

Presenting a Blu-Ray

To play a Blu-Ray, tap on Blu-Ray near the top of the touchscreen. You can navigate the Blu-Ray player controls using the touchscreen or the Reavon remote in the drawer.

Using Zoom

There are two modes for Zoom Conferencing; Zoom Presentation and Zoom Speaker. The only difference between these modes is what they prioritize on the main screen; either the speaker or presentation.

Select your preferred  Zoom source, then swipe the small grey bar left on the source screen.  The “Home” button allows you to switch between source select & Zoom’s room controls.

Once you’re in a meeting, you can further customize the Zoom’s presentation by selecting the “Displays” button. In rooms with a projector screen & wall monitors, Display 1 corresponds to the projector, and Display 2 corresponds to the monitors. You can specify how the image displays per screen. For example, you can put the gallery view on Display 2, and speaker view on Display 1.

  1. Powering down:
    • When finished presenting, touch the Power icon on the bottom right corner of the touch screen. Touch “yes” in the menu that will pop up. The projector/TV will automatically be turned off, and the projection screen will retract.

Troubleshooting Tips:

If you’re not seeing a video signal as expected, sometimes it helps to tap a different source on the touchscreen, and then go back to your desired source.

If you are not hearing audio through the conference room speakers, check to make sure that the Sound Output on the Mac mini or your laptop is set to DENON-AVR:
