Thank you for submitting an FV Project Form. Please note that your project is NOT yet approved. Production Services will notify you within a few business days regarding the approval status of your project.

In the meantime, please check your CalArts email for a submission confirmation email. Save Your Unique ID Number for when you’re ready to reserve FV Cage Equipment, FV Installation/Stage Equipment, and FV spaces. You can find it in the subject line of your confirmation email:

To make a reservation request for FV spaces, please do so via the Production/Installation Space Reservation Form.
