Winter Break Student Project Application
The Winter Break SPA will open on November 21, 2022 at 9am and must be completed by December 5, 2022. Pick-ups will be Dec 12-21 (weekdays) and returns between Jan 3-6, 2023. You’re encouraged to get your requests in as early as possible. Winter Break SPAs received on November 21 will be made using Film/Video’s standard priority structure:
- MFA-3s and BFA-4s
- MFA-2s and BFA-3s
- MFA-1s and BFA-1s and 2s
Student Project Applications for both Winter Break and Winter Session
MFAs and BFA-4s may request to reserve equipment for the entire period of Winter Break through Winter Session, December 12 through January 20, if the equipment is available. Priority will be given to MFA thesis projects and BFA graduation projects first, and then to other MFA projects.
Winter Break SPAs submitted after November 21
Any Winter Break SPA received after November 21 will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis and not based on the priority system. Pick-up and drop-off dates will be made at the time of your reservation confirmation. All gear must be returned by either Jan 6 (BFA-1, 2, 3) or Jan 20 (MFA, BFA-4).
