Digital Editing & Post-Production (Introduction)
No matter the size of your film project, from a 30-second film to a complex interactive media installation, generating source footage (usually shooting with the camera) is only one part of the process. The Digital Editing and Post-Production areas (DEP) help students to thoroughly understand and navigate the post-production process in order to best support their artistic practice. DEP provides professional-level facilities and support: current hardware and software, plus faculty, staff, and trained student technicians who can help with digital and film workflows and technical problems.
Digital Editing & Post-Production provides post-production editing, color grading and finishing facilities consisting of Mac Studio based systems. It also houses the Film Scanning services and the Videographics Lab.
